What did I learn from jobshadowing and onjoblearning session in Budapest Hungary ?
Europa 2000 Gymnazium has 400 students and 45 teachers in the heart of Budapest Hungary. School is founded in the old hat factory and has 3 different faculties : bilangual, economical and digital . Europa 2000 Gymnazium is one of the Microsoft Showcase Schools. They use a lot Power BI for collecting data from students and teachers. Their digital education model was very innovative.
Secondly I liked a lot for Leader in me program. It was sort of "inner entrepreneurship" model. There was 7 steps or habits for life leadership program. These steps were :
- be proactive / your are charge of your own learning
- have a plan
- prioritize important things first
- win-win situation
- dialoque / listen before you talk
- working together is powerful
- wellbeing (body, mind, heart, soul) in balance
